Churrasqueira da Quinta was born in 2007 in Quinta da Carapalha, Castelo Branco. Founded with the objective of creating its own job, the grill started its activities offering charcoal grills with an excellent quality-price ratio and a customer-focused service. With the rapid growth of the business, the grill became a meeting point for residents of the city and surrounding villages, leading to the expansion of the brand. The first opportunity arose in Quinta do Amieiro de Cima, offering more jobs and giving life to a space that had been a great reference in the city center. The new take-away space appeared in the Urbanization of Quinta Dr. Beirão, and later Churrasqueira da Quinta opened its fourth store in the Praça (Municipal Market of Castelo Branco), After profound remodelling works of an old restaurant, the first table service space is inaugurated, the Restaurant of the Churrasqueira da Quinta. Growing later out of the urban mesh, this time in the village of Alcains, in a space where take-away works on the first floor and on the second floor a space with table service. The Churrasqueira da Quinta currently has seven spaces, occupying, in more than 15 years, the leadership of preference of the Albicastrenses and respective visitors.
